Relaxation Exercise: Unit 2

While listening to "the voice", surprisingly, it did feel like I could control the flow of my blood just by thinking about it.  I also noticed that whatever "the voice" said I would feel, I felt, almost immediately.  And before instructing us to try to raise our hands he said that we wouldn't be able to because we wouldn't want to.  This would make us think that way before we even tried.  It like thinking you're going to fail at something before you try it, and thinking that way will, in most situations, produce that outcome.  So, I just wish he hadn't have said things like that.  But it was fun and relaxing.  I think I may edit it and have my fiance try it.

    I found the relaxation exercise pretty relaxing as well. Although I found myself drifting as if I concentrated more on the sound of the voice more so that what he was saying. Kinda strang huh? I look forward to more of these to come :o)
